Hey guys I am looking for some seats and really need some input before i spend a couple of thousand dollars. I figured I would post here since you guys in the turns would know most about seats although i dont autox/road race.

First and most important is I am not going to be able to test out any of these seats. No shops around me carry anything nevermind have a shop to sit in a seat.

I am looking for a seat that I can daily drive and use at the track. I drag race but would like a nice seat that holds me in. Doesnt have to be crazy supportive like a road race seat though.

The only real requirements i must have is that the seat reclines. No non reclinable seats. Also the seat MUST be stock height or lower. It CAN NOT be any higher at all. I already have a little trouble with the stock seats and a helmet. Now I drive a 91 CRX Si. I LOVE the stock seats. They are great and fit me great but i would like something obviously nicer, and a little more supportive. Not really that much. I have autocrossed my other CRX and the seats are great. I would love to know the measurments of that seat because the size is great. As for some other seats I have sat in they are rsx seats (dont really like), s2000 seats (dont really like), del sol seats (there okay at best), toyota celica seats (dont really like), 99-00 civic si seats (horrible), and crx si seats (great).

I am looking at seats like the Recaro SRD or JDM ITR Recaros, Bride Brix 2, Bride XAX 2 ect...

Which of these are the biggest and most comfortable. Those are the style of seats i am looking at so if you have any recomendations please let me know.

So what it all comes down to is a seat that fits and feels like a stock crx si seat but is nicer looking and more supportive.

these are fiberglass seats, pretty light, very inexpensive. don't see a reason to spend 3 times as much money on some Bride or Recaro.
