Driver door power locks and manual key lock do not work. Door stuck shut. I have to climb thru the passenger door to get and out of car. Dealer installed new door latch assembly. Door locks only work manually now. Dealer says I need new control box to get power locks working. Since installation of door latch assembly, driver door difficult to open manually from inside and from outside with key. Plastic casing cracking around interior door handle which says to me that door latch assembly is not in alignment which is why door is difficult to open and plastic is cracking. I paid $600 for this repair. Is there Technical Service Bulletin for this problem? Recall? How do I get copy of TSB? Yesterday, shoulder restraint jammed and would not operate. Is all this related? This is a safety issue. I am truly concerned about being able to get in and out of the car even in an emergency. Thank you.
