I heard you can use a dohc vtec del sol upper radiator hose and when i went to the parts store the only option they gave me was the vtec model of the del sol so i picked up that hose and its surely not the right one...its probably the sohc vtec one. I went back and said i wanted the dohc vtec one and they said nothing is listed. I was just wondering if anyone knows the honda part # for the upper radiator hose from the dohc vtec del sol just so i can cross reference when i got see the honda dealership. Thanks

well the b16 hose is wider then the stock radiator hose you best bet would be to go the just your local auto store or hardware store and by some hose just take in your old one and they can cut you that will fit

i brought my old one into napa and nothing really worked out

 

do you have a checkers? i got hose from them i think its about 2 dollars a foot or so

 

i used an 94-00 integra type r upper radiator hose. worked very well

 

2000 si hose its like 15$ at honda bigger on the therm end and smaller on the raditor i just buy one it work perfect.

 

so a 2000 si hose fits a b16 rex??

 

yep the two needs are different size and we just finished my friend crx w b16 and it worked perfect.

What did you guys use for lower rad hose, I made my stock one work but it is rigged, will the 2000 si lower hose work too?

I used the 90-93 teg upper hose and it was to big on the rad i had to clap it down real good

 

just about any b or d series should fit the top and the bottom they all plug in about the same just have to get the right size and length
