Default 98 GSR RUST PROBLEM NEED HELP

My car has traveled through rain and snow a lot therefore the bottom of the car is rusted and parts of the brake system like the part that holds the rotor, calipers, looks like a support structure like an arm. This is referring to the rear brakes. Have an idea what i should do? Or what kind of part i can buy to change it? This has been a problem because i couldnt lower my car because of the rust, the bolts and nuts were all rusted and broken.

a lot of wd40 and a cheater bar might help, otherwise if your car is so rusty that the rear brakes and suspension are rusting away, sell it and buy a new one

yes soak the bolts thouroughly in wd 40. let it soak in for 5 mins. then put a 2 foot or so length of pipe around the handle of your socket wrench, and voila, 5x more untoquing power aka c"heater bar"
