90-91 LS integra I beleive. Are you using the GSR intake manifold? Curls downwards instead of up?

or you can use your stock throttle cable as long as you get a bracket from innovative mounts or another company that makes them

The motor came complete with its gsr intake and throttle body but I installed a Skunk2 pro series intake manifold......

I swapped the single cam throttle lever onto the GSR throttle body so that it would open normally. The GSR one opens upside down so if you swpa the lever you dont have to worry about it.
