I finally gave up trying to find a genuine honda antenna delete plug, i must have tried at least 10 different plugs from firewalls of various cars and boats in the last few months, but today i finally found one that is a near perfect fit and seals the hole extremely well. At first it looked a little too big and i managed to get approx 3/4 of it into the hole but using a small flat head screw driver i was able to gentle coax the remaining part in. I then stood with a garden hose blasting around the plug to check for leaks and thankfully there are none and its a perfect seal.

The one i got is 25mm and a dead tight fit, but if you could find 23mm then it'll be perfect but you may need to use sealer or glue to get it to seal properly.
If anyone wants one then i have put the rest of them on ebay, item #8070162748

I was wondering if it's the same size for the DA. My antenna is stuck in the up position. I had the head unit replaced, and now it doesn't work, and I got sat radio now, so I no longer need the antenna. I'm just tired of looking at the almost CB sized antenna sticking up. I'll go get the 23mm, and 25mm, and see what happens.

sounds like somebody just didn't hook up the power antenna plug.. i wired my alpine stereo, and the power antenna works great... you should check that before getting rid of it altogether

You need to remove the whole antenna to fit it. I never listen to the radio anymore so didnt see any point in having an antenna anymore, but had to wait till i found a plug that fitted.
