What is a good a\f to have with a T3\T4 on b18c?
Also, as far as hondata s200 goes, are there any places where one could get a great map?(or is more info needed)
As far as ignition, which spark plug wires to run?

Basemaps are all you are going to get until you have your car tuned.
NGK Blue's are the way to go.
