Default just bought my R

well I finally bought my type R. It needs an oil change and I am not sure what oil to use. I have read every thread available on this site in regards to oil and I am still confused. The car has been running full synthetic for only 8,000km and the car has 70,000km.

I intend to take it to the track maybe once or twice a year and of course drive it hard on the street when its possible lol. Im thinking of switching it back to normal 5w30 oil with honda oil filter. I have called 3 acura dealerships and they say its ok to switch back and that sythetic is a waste of money. But will normal oil be ok for those few times I track the car?

Also, when I change the oil, should I use an oil flusher (engine flusher) to flush out the synthetic stuff or will draining the oil and switching to the normal stuff for a week and then changing the oil again in hopes of getting all the synthetic oil out another method of flushing it all out?

Lastly, do you guys use honda filters with semi synthetic oil???

Any help would be great

I will post pics later

Thanks
