Yes it is driveable but I would not recommend because it is making a really nasty rattling sound from the pistons. It needs rods/pistons. It does need to be smogged but my car is registered out of cali so it will be the first smog for it. I went to a dealer yesterday and he said that the DMV will give up to six months for you to get it smogged after buying it. It has a clean title no wrecks, thefts, anything. It has 160,000 on the body 5,000 on da motor.
