my uncle checked it for me and says its the crank shaft seal. The leak is comming from behind the oil pan on the drivers side. Head is clean and the rocker cover gasket has been changed as well as the oil pan gasket. There is also no oil around the passanger side what so ever.
please I need help here. The haynes mannual says if the crank shaft seal is replaced and then leaks again the crank shaft is broken. So I need to know

do u have a beefy clutch or stock?
u might have beat up ur thrust washers and it causing excess side to side play causing premature seal faliure, or even worse it knocked the spring in the seal out of its grove

Probably leaking because those seals suck *** to change and often dont hold for more then a year or so unless your rebuilding the bottom end and do it proper. I wouldnt worry about it too much.
I dunno what the clutch is. I bought the car swapped already but its starting to go. the car was an auto to mannual conversion and sits in a 1998 ex coupe. I also have a grind in fifth gear only if I shift after 100km if I shift before nothing
I have already put in Gm syncromesh but not getting better yet. What is the cause of this, seal my clutch, does it have something to do with the tranny? I loose about a liter of oil every 350km

soo basically this leak has no orientation to the rear main seal, since that's located on the passengers side. Try to see if the seals around the oil pump are leaking. or possibly you need a new oil pan gasket. The only way i can see a good main seal leaking is if your crank is nicked or out of round or something of that nature which is pretty uncommon in honda engines that have not been modified down there.

is it possible that it could be comming fron the cam shaft seal and it just looks like the mail seal is leaking?

so you think even though the oil pan gasket was done a year ago that it is possible that it needs to be done again
