91 honda accord EX door lock system

91 honda accord EX door lock system
door lock control module works. i hear the relays make contact but the door lock wont work, what do i do? is it the actuator motor? where can i get it checked?

You have to take the door panel off to check it. Apply battery power (only momentarily) to the actuator. Switch wires for lock and un-lock operation.
