i am goin to the track
in a few hours i am goin to the dragstrip and i was wondering if there was nething that i could do at home in just a hours that would make a diff.i have a stock 88 dx crx
Woohoo for 17-18 second cars.
A stock DX... you can't really do a whole lot. Just get some light tires that grip good for the front. Take out your pass. seat and the rear cargo, spare tire and jack. Save yourself the 30-40LBS and the lighter rims and tires makes it easier for the mean D15B2 DPFI to do it's magic...
Goodluck.

He is being realistic bro, your car will prob still pull like a 12 on the 1/8.
Don't get offended because ppl know what shity times you are going to run.
BTW those tips he gave you will help, 40 lbs is 40 lbs.
to noobs like this guy, not the rest of us that actually try to learn and not answer back like all knowing beings to ppl on here who have been here a good while and have the experience to back them up.

Since you already know what you run.Don't worry-just go to the track and have fun.Don't gut the car,the only thing you need to do is become consistant on your dial-in times.NOTHING else will matter!Once you get that down you can win any bracket race
