Well today I purchased a 1988 crx si for the wholesome sum of 250 dollars off of cincy It is in as good as shape as I can ask for for 250 dollars here [B]up north[B and im pretty excited about saving an ef. This is pretty much a sweet deal for me to since ive got my mpfi d15b left over from my b16 swap about a month ago . Its sitting on si struts with aftermarket springs which will be a welcome replacement for my worn 88 dx suspension and the interior itself Isn't in bad shape at all except for the seats (believe it?). I'll get pics up tomorrow and hopefully update it regularly. thanks

The hatch on this thing is in great shape and the tails are decent to. It also came with the wiring harness, NEW radiator, ice scraper , Can of black spray paint..hell yea gonna need it, random dizzy with plugs(code is D-2426 anyone ,konw this code?), one headlight, two corner lights, mad gangsta shift ****, oem side skirts...whew, and a new glass for passanger side door so all and all its not to bad. Interior is pretty damn nice minus the cargo gate which I have but it's fubar and the cover which Im totally missing.

that "si" is missing some of the "si" things

 

I know, its kinda weird, this car has a red hatch, red doors, silver engine bay, white door jams (assuming car was originally white, blue fenders, and a red hood so this bitch has officially been named the rainbow. At this point im kinda torn if I wanna flip and sell or make a hilarious "rat rod" (dads idea....sounds kinda funny) or make it project dsm **** and boost for as cheaply as possibly with some fmu engine managment action.

 

So now the SI struts with some aftermarket springs (obx maybe?) Are now in place of my old busted *** oem dx struts/springs and im dieing to try them out but my damn rigged b16 clutch cable went out on me . Im actually glad im getin some of my motovation back to start working on my car again seeing as how after the swap I was just plain burnt out. Well here it is........the handling "goodies" and my new(er) radiator.
