For the last couple weeks, my hatch won't latch close.. I think the spring broke in there or something. it didnt bother me at first but everytime i hit speed bumps it opens and slams closed hard as fvck, anyone fix this before? i dont know where to begin.
should i goto ez pickens and get the whole latch assembly ?

 

Check to see if the latch is stuck closed.

 

Could be that the cable is stuck. I had that problem with mine. I just cut the cable so nobody could open the hatch with it.
