Default Code 9 (searched)

Well i just put a Y8 in my EF and i am still obd-0. My dizzy came off a running d16a6. My car has no CEL till about 15 minutes after driving it. Code 9 comes up and i have no idea why. The car runs and drives perfect. The dizzy is good, my wiring is good, and the ECU is good. I am stumped. HELP??????
