originally i was coming home from the races and i was smelling gas so when i got to my friends house and popped the hood i noticed there was gas next to the third fuel injector that leaked.....so we tried to start the car again and realized gas was spraying out of the injector so we replaces the top and middle "o" rings and then that was fixed then it still didnt start so we checked the other injectors and then we tested the starter.....it didnt work so i got a new one and we just put it on today and the car still doesnt start we checked the distributor injectors and the battery i dont know wats wrong and i really want my car back

 

does the car crank? did you hydrolock it on gasoline?

 

no it doesnt crank................how can you hydrolock a car on gas i thot u did that with water? if i did do that how would i be able to tell and how can i fix it

Doesn't matter if its water, gas, oil, whatever. Pull all the plugs and see it motor will turn over.

 

yea pull the plugs and crank it over, a leaking fuel injector will fill up a cylinder adn hydrolock it. i have heard of people bending rods trying to start them that way.

 

cranked up the motor and it started
but sometimes it will have trouble starting and we'd have to crank many times

whats up with that?

 

yo bom it was the battery cause it starts everytime now
