FS: SO CAL 95 Civic 2dr Black/Charcoal. Tasteful Mods. NEED TO SELL

I am the third owner of this 1995 Civic EX. I have put under 32k miles on it in the last 3 1/2 years, mostly to/from school. Previous female owner drove to/from LA everyday for work, so the high miles are easy-driven freeway miles. I have some slightly modified the car but left the engine mostly stock.
EXTERIOR: Condition is fair. Incl. factory spoiler. Body is straight except for a small dent/crease on the passenger side rear from a hit-and-run. No rust. Roof is fading, driver's side clearcoat is chipping near the roof, back bumper is chipping, and front fenders are unpainted (still black).
INTERIOR: EXCELLENT condition for an 11-year-old car. No rips, fading, or wear except some on the top of the steering wheel. Front doors, rear quarters, and rear decklid are all dynamatted with dynamat extreme.
SECURITY: VIPER 791xv remote pager alarm w/ custom options, custom installation.
MODIFICATIONS: Ground Control coilovers; Skunk2 camber kit, short shifter, shift ****; Tanabe SMH exhaust; JDM headlights w/ city lights, amber corners, fenders w/ sidemarkers; JIC front strut bar; Powerslot front brake rotors; AEM CAI; Carsound Hi-Flow cat; Falken Azenis 190/65/14 tires (70% tread left).
Options: Driver Air Bag; Passenger Air Bag Power Steering; Air Conditioning Cruise Control; Tilt Wheel; Power Windows Rear Window Defroster; Tinted Glass; AM/FM Radio; Tape Deck; CD Changer; Power Door Locks; Power Mirrors; Sunroof/Moonroof; Spoiler.
Though this car has high miles, I take excellent care of it. Hand washed 2-3 times/month, oil changed every 3000-3100 miles. I'm getting all engine hoses replaced shortly. Car runs like a champ, no noises or ticks. This would make a great economy car (I get 28mpg combined) or great project car for you import enthusiasts.
I am selling because Im moving across the country in 2 months for college and need the money for tuition.
NADA values my car @ $2975 w/ poor interior/exterior. Exterior could new paint, but interior is near perfect. $3300

That pic is a few months old... the lip is pretty much destroyed now. I'm putting the oem EX lip back on when I sell. If I remove the system, everything's coming out.
