Default Buddy Club N+ spec coilovers

Hey guys, i need some opinions on these coilovers.
Im after a set of coilovers for my EM1. Its going to be a daily driver, but going to track her few times a year. Now, i just want to know how comfort are these on the softest setting and also the spring rates. Also, how low do these go. If any one can post up some pics of EK/Em1 with these coilovers on or near the lowest setting, it will be great.

Could u also provide any fedback, wether good or bad.

Thanks.

springs rates are 12k/6k, not impressive in my opinion.
