Default IT Brakes

From what I read in the IT rules you cannot change the master cylinder. "but no modification or substitution of the orginal master cylinder, it's location, or mounting is permitted." Does that mean that that we can change the size of the rotor and caliper but not the master cylinder? Or does the "Any updated/backdated componets shall be substitued as a complete assembly" mean that I can take the complete brake setup off, say, an ITR or an accord my put them on my 91 civic?

Yes, I'm looking for bigger brakes.

You can up- or back-date complete brake systems from any car on your "spec line," to any other car on your spec line. You get no bigger brakes.
