I got a jdm fog light switch and I'm trying to figure out which wires go where. on the back of the switch there are 3 things on one side and 2 on the other does anybody know which wire goes where?

Do you have the male connector part too or just the button?

If you have "just the button", making sure the wires don't touch can be difficult and dangerous.

If you have the male back end to the switch, it makes life easier.

If you don't have the male connector part, I recommend you start hitting up your local scrap yards. and cutt the whole thing off with at least 3 inches of slack.

What I found was;
1) the group of three plugs or wires closest together is the power, ground and accessory. The power and ground in this group will light up the switch when the fog light is activated. It lights up the little rectangular area on the top side of the switch, greenish or in some cases orangey.
I found that the yellow wire on mine was the accessory wire which sends the signal to the actuall fog light to turn on.

2) the group of wires that is only 2 wires is the power and ground to illuminate the actuall switch when you turn on your parking lights.

You should be able to combo your two ground wires together. I did and have no problems....

Alright I just need to know which one is power which is acc and which is ground on the 3 side and which is ground and which is power on the 2 side. Pictures would help alot thanks
