i am putting gsr cams on my jdm b16a1 head and i have the cams out and cam gears off the b16 cams and i am putting them on the gsr cams and i was wondering two things how i can hold the cam without scratching the cam?? and how many ft/lbs do i torque down the gears onto the cams??? lmk asap i need help!!!!!thanks alot, john

Toward the middle of the cams,
there is a small hole through the cam girdle that a punch can
be inserted into a small hole in the surface of the cam..
