i used a half rad to fit my turbo setup in my 91 hatch. but currently i have it on an angle and over far to the left to even make it fit . i am concerned that once the inter cooler is in front it will be starved of air.. i have one fan on it sucking air toward the engine.. it ran ok so far with no turbo on but sun the kit is goin on so i was just wondering..

ps: If anyone knows who to email at honda tech to get a new password for my old user name let me know cause it says it sends me an email but i am not recieving any.. i tried about ten times and never got the email with new password. 97grnrs

 

I think it sounds like you need a traction bar for the fitment issues.

using "traction bars" is the cleanest way to take care of teh half-rad issue... plus, you kinda need them when you're running a turbo on an EF. the amount of flex from the stock radius rod bushings is pretty scary.

 

Traction bars with mounting tabs or fab some, lean back with stock crossmember or notch the crossmember.
