i have a USDM h22a4 motor in my 97 honda prelude right now(just swap it out since i blew my jdm h22a). the motor have 120 K on it.

185,185,190,190

is that good? what the maximum psi on a h22a4?

yep, i had a jdm h22a and i have 210 across the board.

by the way i did this compression test with full gas pedal to the floor(WOT) with fuel pump fuse taken out and coil wire removed.

that's decent,
A jdm h22 has higher compression thus the higher numbers

the compression of the motor has alot to do with the actual numbers that comes out. Most usdm motors i have seen are around 195-200.

7 PSI should be safe for that compression with stock pistons/rods

yeah that seems alittle low. mine put 250-260 across(h22a) but a4 does have alittke lower compression tho.

Add a few drops of oil in each cylinder and try the test again.
