I have a 05 civic si and was wonderin is it hard to put a rxs type-3 head on my si block?

You mean a Type-S head, right?
It's doable, and has been done. I don't know the specifics on how to do it, but budget for KPro and tuning as well.
Probably the main benefit would be that you'd have better breathing if you boost later. But, you'll still have over a point lower compression than the Type-S's A2 motor, and the block won't be ready for high RPMs, so you're not going to get an equivalent to the A2.
Most of the time, people go with a swap instead, getting more power with a little less effort.
