Don't worry, I have friends' with Hondas so its all good!
My buddy Kevin is always showing me some VW pic on here everytime I stop by his house, So I figured I might as well Join and check the site out since I know there is a few people who like VWs, or at least other types of cars. I'm a car enthusiast, not a hater, and can respect a clean, low, fast, or well engineered car.... it just so happens that I'm 100% into VWs. I own four.
SO... My name is Corey and I'm addicted to Volkswagens. I'll start off with my 2000 1.8T Jetta...with pics from a photoshoot with some of my buddies, yes, Hondas and Acuras (Mines the big white one with the VW on in, haha):
And now that I've eased my way in....
I Like the Jetta and its a fun car for a daily basis...but my real Passion is Low Aircooled VWs, along the lines of those found at
http://www.hoodride.com ... So, here's my custom bagged 1969 bug known as the Spray Paint Special, I've got to wire it and do a few other little things and it'll be ready for the streets:
And as of last week.... This is my newest project, now known as the Nasty Fasty. It was given to me for free, and I jumped right into the project. It's a 1970 VW type 3 fastback and is probably the lowest late model type 3 in the world. The front end of this has a custom narrowed beam with one airbag that lifts both lower control arms, to give it enough lift to roll (a few inches). The Nasty Fasty:

But I can't handle that kind of stuff in my driveway soo...
The Primer has come off and I'm working on the new finish and some different wheels, So I will post some new pics in a few days. Here's the two Air riding aircooleds together...
I did say I have four VWs, so here is the 4th one, The Ghetto Gumby, another Free vw, that will meet the ground eventually:
