help with Lower control arm
A long sturdy flat head screw driver usually works.
Don't be affraid to use a hammer either.
If you are attempting to break the taper on the lower ball joint. I find the best way is to strike the lower control just the below the lower ball.
Make sure you do not strike the threads causing damage.

to get the bolt outta the whole just use a combo and put it behind the head and hammer it out. the LCA should just fall off with a nudge
