Volk Racing - anodized or painted
A friend has slight curb rash (1 inch scratch) on the lip of one bronze CE-28n and we are having a problem finding a shop to repair it. Wheel re-finishers are indicating that if the rim is anodized they do not want to touch it since they will be unable to match the color.
My question is are the CE28n's in bronze anodized or are they painted?
Thanks in adavance.

i read that they are anodized, but don't quote me on that.
the LE28s are painted?
they look painted to me though.

They should be the same thing as bronze te37s.
which i had and tried to paint myself..
they are definitely anodized..
not sure if they can be fixed that easily .. as trying to apply normal paint will not adhere properly..
in the end i had to powder coat the lot ..

The question at that point will be, wether the anodizer can match the factory RAYS finish of the other 3 wheels.
