Today I went to stiffen my Comptech rear sway bar on my 00 Civic Si. It was on the middle setting since last year. Disconnected the passenger side and moved over the driver's side. Low and behold the end links came apart.

Now I know why I've been getting a rattling back there So no wonder my car felt funny at Carlisle. It turned great around the chicanes, but understeered like a pig on the turn arounds

Anyone ever have this happen? Seems like the bolt just pulled itself out.

What pulled out? the endlink split apart? or did it rip the threads off the bolt? Might be worth a dab of loctite...

Mike - I can't help but laugh. I just found out I had a similar issue. The last event I did (I missed the first York event) I had to run the Cobra. Then I took it for state inspection to find that my rear sway bar was cracked about 3/4 through at the mount.

Is that better or worse than an endlink being loose?
