Im purchasing a 90-91 hatchback dx and it doesn't have a tach on the cluster and on my 89 si i have the cluster w/ a tach how do i got about switchin clusters so i can have a stock tach on my dx. or is this not possible?

 

you need to repin the connectors that plug into the cluster

 

The shape of the 88-89 and 90-91 cluster covers is different, so you will also have to rewire the switches on the cluster cover ( which has to be for the cluster being installed.

 

so there is a way for me to wire up the tach on the si cluster into the wires for the dx cluster on my dx....does anyone have a write up this...thanks
