Default Odd Question: Do ITRs have Aluminum P/S pump mounts?

While researching an upcoming PS swap on an online Acura parts store, I found out that the ITR pump mounts are P73 meaning specifically made for the ITR.

The GSR mounts are P72.

What is different about the ITR pump mounts? Aluminum maybe? In pics they are black. Are they different because they space the pulley out to a different location? The pumps are the same.

While I've gotcha, are D series PS pumps smaller than B pumps?
