Default Running Lights / Gauge Cluster Lights Dead in EF8. Any suggestions?

All my fuse boxes and stuff are all in Japanese and I dont know what the hell what one is for what. I just noticed this today that my lights dont work for running lights. When I turn on my headlights they work fine and so do my break lights, blinkers and reverse lights, but for some reason my running lights dont. Also when I have my headlights on my rear lights dont come on since that happens when the running lights are turned on and not when the normal beams are on.

Im unable to locate the fuse needed to fix this because I dont know what Im pulling out and laying upside down under my dash for 2 hours while troubleshooting this is not something I have time for because Im very swamped at the moment. Anyone know of any reason this might happen other than a blown fuse? And if it is a blown fuse anyone know of where that fuse is located? LOL one of the downfalls of owning a car with no English on it.

Thanks

Well I just went out to my car to check some things out before I entered my office. To my suprise the bulbs for the rear blinkers on both sides were hanging out, and the driverside (RHD) brake light was also hanging out and I had a hell of a time putting it back in there. Took like 10 min of force to get them all in there. The bulb sockets all said stanley on them and so did the taillights. I wonder why they would of been hanging out. I never did that and dont remember that happening in the past last year when I had it on the road.

I stilll cant figure out why my gauge lights and my running lights dont work, but atleast I noticed the other problem and corrected it.
