Default FOR A ACCORD WHICH ENGINE WOULD Be BETTER a F20B or H22a?

I want to swap a new engine into my honda accord but im not sure which one would be a better fit. Should I swap a f20b or f20a inside it or should I put an h22a inside of it? If anyone has any ideas it help out a lot Thanks....O and I was gonna buy a new transmission too! is the Prelude tranny 92-95 better then a honda accord tranny 94-97?? let me kno guys

H22. Bolts in and has much better aftermarket support.

I've seen more than a few H22 equipped Accords. They were very nice road cars and drove as if the 200 HP H22 was always meant to be in there.
