Default Drum to Disc Conversion

My brother has a 2001 Accord DX. Since the car is the lowest model possible from the Accord line-up, drum brakes are used in the rear of the car. Does anyone know if a V6 Accord's rear disc brakes would be able to be put on the car? I know they wouldn't be too big (my mom has a V6 accord with stock 15s and my bro has 15s also) and they both have the same bolt pattern... The only problem I can come up with is the ABS with be a problem since the DX doesn't have ABS.
Second idea is a brake conversion from a LS Integra... Same bolt pattern... Does anyone know if this will work?
Third idea... AEM is coming out with a conversion for the Accord but its not gonna be out for a while. Should he wait for the AEM?
Thanks.

I don't think the bolt pattern is the same. Your Accord should be 4x114.3, the Integra is 4x100.

Yeah, I wasn't exactly sure, I just knew that it had 4 lug nuts... Does anyone know any honda/acura with a 4x114.3 that has rear discs and no ABS?

you should be able to use any 4 lug 6th gen accord with rear discs. the only thing is you dont hook up the ABS. this is what im told from everyone who has done the disc conversion of other generation accords with ABS

why waste the money to get that conversion? 2 reasons why!...
1. its a new car, the rear drums should last him for awhile!
2.all the braking doesnt come from the rear anyways! its all in the front dude!!

Not bad at all. The drums are alright for now, but after a few more performance mods, they aren't going to be able to handle harsh stops. Thanks.
