Who makes a good one for 2 cars? Im looking for 2 car because I usually go to events with someone else... How much for a good quality one? WHat kind of tow vehicle? Where can I find these as my phone book shows no listings for them...

42 foot gooseneck with a duallie pickup is what you will probably need to carry 2. There is a 2-car open trailer that was at VIR a few weeks ago but I didn't get any info on it.

There are plenty of enclosed trailers out there. Do a google search on "enclosed car trailers". They start at about 35ft. on the gooseneck varieties but 42 is as short as you would want if you are carrying 2 cars.

You don't have a tow vehicle yet? Some sort of diesel pickup...

The coolest two car trailer I've seen is about 22'-24' long. One car drives on, then the trailer bed pivots up from the front (diagonally). Then the 2nd car drives in underneath. It has also come in handy for swapping transmissions at the track.

Not sure of the brand, it might have been a home-made thing.
For a tow vehicle, you will need at least a Chevy 2500 with a 454. A diesel would be preferable, but also ~50% more expensive to purchase.

A 2 car setup is going to require a duallie. You can get a 38' and still have plenty of space up front. 42' would be nice, as long as you're familiar on how to drive on of those bad boys! I'm pretty sure that requires a commercial license, and you really need to be careful about your weight ratings (mostly for legality reasons) at that point.

The trailer is by Featherlite. I think it belongs to the Catchpoles.

A $30K enclosed fifth wheel and dually isn't the only option...

Zen Autoworks used an open two-car trailer last year that they got for a few thousand dollars new. They towed it with an old Chevy 4x4. I don't think I have any pics... If I find one I'll post it.

I noticed several 2-car trailers for sale in the ImprovedTouring classified section on their website for $1500. Check them out at http://www.improvedtouring.com
