I am about to swap an h23 into an automatic 97 prelude, and i was wondering if i needed an ecu to go along with the h23 tranny? if so, which one?

I would think the easiest thing (to avoid wiring nightmares/CELs) is to use the 5spd ECu when doing a tranny swap. Is there something special/easier about the h23 tranny mating to an OBDII ECU?
