Default swapping f22 for h22a need h22a modifying advice

I currently drive a 95 Honda Accord with a F22 engine and I am engine swapping for a H22A 97-01 model with MT Trans. I am looking for some advice on what upgrades/modifications I can do to that particular engine to pull around 400+hp and the engine be stable but I only have $7500 to spend. The engine is costing me $2650 + $350 S/H so it leaves me with roughly $4500. Can someone please give me websites and descriptions of what I would need to do or buy to accomplish this. Any advice or information is greatly appreciated and considered.

Searching the archives is going to be your best bet. There is a ton on info on the h22a.

To get up around 400 hp on the h22 you are going to have to do a pretty aggresive turbo set up.... many people have done it just search search search

Good luck with the swap.
