Default Will dc jdm 4-1 header fit with stock crossmember??

Searched to no avail. I know most 2.5 collector headers such as profab, rmf etc require aftermarket crossmember, does the dc?? This is an ls/vtec..

If it's a b16 you will have to cut a the front crossmember a bit so it will fit.I had to do it on my 91 crx.If the motor is already in it's a bitch to get that header on.

Same thing. I would suggest going with an aftermarket crossmember so you wouldnt have to hack anything.

the header attaches to the head not the block...
just put the car on jack stands....drop front xmember...fit header...see how much you gotta bang in the xmember...bang it in...try n fit again...if it needs more room, keep bangin it till it clears...its not hard

To see if anyone had experience of it fitting without having to hammer the hell out of it..
And when I said ls block I meant long block. There may have been some confusion there...

Just get out your plasma cutter, notch it out, and fab up a nice plate to finish it back off, so it looks nice and custom, or buy aZ-10 like I did. BTW I got a Real OEM Honda JDM 4-1 header for sale, if interested.
