so im going to buy a new H22 head core for my 01 lude. planning on putting the RM springs and retainers, omni valves and the Kteller type S cam. does this sound OK? anyone have experience w/ kteller? ???

 

buddy of mine has a kteller header with stage 1 cams and type s pistons. I have a stock jdm h with RMF and i take him by 1.5 cars. If that means anything to you.

 

kteller has a good rep around h-t if thats what you are asking.

98vtec: o/t - i belive you about the header but im pist that rmf/smsp/hytec STILL do not make headers for the lowly h23. cmon smsp even makes a header for a crappy d16 and none for h23???? not dissing smsp but wow its pretty close to a f22/h22 header so WHY o why can you not go off the beaten path for the puny h23 owners the best choice we have is a megan which gives about 10whp. (according to a dyno in the one of the header wars posts) rmf/smsp/hytec headers give an average (tuned) gain of 18-22whp increase over stock h22 header. the stock h23 is quite more restrictive than the h22 so can you imagine a similer rmf/smsp/hytec header with the same stats. according to my calculations thats a 28-32whp tuned increase just with a frigging header. WE ARE BEGGING YOU!!!

why dont you just ask them to make you one? All they need is a test vehicle to fit the header and some time to come up with ideas.
