Default Replacing Valves, Suggestions?

I am sure most of you guys heard the horror story about the 3rd gear misshift into 2nd (https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=163194)

I know the exhaust valves are bent and i wanted to ask some suggestions on what kind of valves to get. Clutch as well. Keep in mind cost. Thanks guys.

Ferrea valves are bad ***, if you replace the vavles you might as well get the dual springs and titanium retainers, if your going with Toda cams, get toda springs and retainers. I went with Ferrea over sized vavles, dual springs and titanium retainers and I can tell a big difference.
