My passanger seatbelt does not latch or retract... if i buckle my seatbelt, it will just come out if i tug on it. It also does not retract at all... i have lots of rips in my door panels from people closing the door. I heard of a seatbelt recall, would a honda dealer fix that for free? Thank you - 89 Si

 

Yes Honda will fix them free of charge as it's a saftey item with a recall

 

Will they replace the door panels too???
