Will a F22b2 head work on a F22a1 block???

Default Will a F22b2 head work on a F22a1 block???
Will the head work on that block w/ out any problems, and also what head gasket should I use?

I don't see why it wouldn't work, but may I ask why you would want to? Did you mess up your A1 head or something?
