Yep, it's your shocks, that's a sign of worn shocks. And don't pay the full price from honda of $80 each like I did(stupid), ebay has them new for under $40 shipped(pair)

i sprayed the **** out of it with some lube yesterday and it opens about 60% of the time now. now all i gotta do is figure out why i have to pull the hood release and smack it a couple times to get it open
