bumper light idea
on a 93 accord, i have an hid kit with like it says, its throwing out 35 watts on like the 55 watts from factory. i was wondering if i was to modify to retro fit a 9006 plug on the bottom bumper light and throw a positive and a negative from the hid kit bulb plug to the 9006 plug. what would happen to the hid kit, will it light up dimmer, will anything start to over heat, like cables?

Well, I should correct myself, not wires but connector itself. Wont those light bulbs run a lot hotter than the bumper ones. I experimented with that crap before. I "upgraded" 9002 to 9004 and they run hotter than 9002 so my connector got melted
Sooooo, you want to basically put a 9006 bulb into your turn signals and use them as fogs or auxillary lights? Do you know how much you would blind people, and how crappy the light output would be?
Sorry, but I'm not seeing the point in this, are you just trying to have HID's everywhere? Or are you trying to use the bumper lights as "fog" lights? I know there's a mod for this for the 4th and 5th Gen Accords.
