Default Paking Lights always on...

I drive a 1991 Civic DX SE, and just today I came home from work on lunch, and I noticed my park brakes were on, as were the corner lights up front. I dont understand why they just came on and all, I havent drove the car for about 14 hours or so, so if the lights were on the whole time the battery would have been deat by now. I checked my headlight switch in the car, and it was off, and noticed my gauge lighting was on too.
So I disconnected the battery so it wouldnt die, and when I got off work bout 10 mins ago, I reconnected battery and everything was fine, then 5 mins later they just came back on.
Anyone have any clue, very mind boggling, its driving me insane. Thanks in advance!
