What is your budget for, at the very least, a 2.5" collector header, cams, valvesprings, retainers, cam gears?
Best Cams for What application?
Daily, Drag,"I can't believe I asked that," Course racing? Any combination of the aforementioned? Toda is indeed a good company for cams But, there are others; JUN, Skunk2, Spoon, Etc...
Going under the valve cover for Cams, Valvetrain buildup and Camgears is NOT an inexpensive undertaking. And You Won't have staggering gains like with any form of FI or some silly Gas. NA is a pure form but, requires patience, money and hard work. Oh and Dyno TUNING! You MUST DYNO Tune your car when doing cams, and you should have already if you haven't yet.
Just for kicks, Why do you feel you need Cams? Is your R not quite fast enough for you? Have you tracked it yet? And by this I mean a Road Course or even an Auto-X event.
You seem to have spent some good money already BEFORE you decided on a full PLAN, which will certainly bite you in the *** when considering a cam upgrade for the R.

skunk2's = no experience with these yet, but have heard some good comments.
jun's = power up top for drag (I'm a jun fan)
toda's = midrange power for road racing or auto-x
For daily driving I guess it depends on your driving style. jun lovers will say **** on toda, and toda lovers will say **** on jun. both make great power it just depends were you want your biggest gain.
Like others have said cams are not a cheap upgrade... But nothin wrong with getting the most bang for your buck. At the very least you will be looking at cams, cam gears, and dyno time. But a lot of the time it turns into cams, springs, valves, retainers, cam gears, ecu, getting the head machined, ect... and dyno time is a must. It's kinda a snowball effect.
