I have a question about the differences between 88-91 dpfi wire harness.

Im pretty sure 89-91 are the same but i think i read somewhere that 88 were a lil differnt. can someone clear this up for me? The reason i ask is because a friend of mine just bougt a 90 crx dx that didnt come with a harness, and i found a 88 dpfi harness for sale.
