no start on 94 accord

no start on 94 accord
i got a 94 accord lx. f22b1. it has spark at the coil, wires and plugs. 45lbs of fuel pressure from pump. checked injectors with noid light and they are working fine. replaced timing belt and balance shaft belt checked timing. it is lined up properly. the motors turns over with no problems but it just will not start if anyone has any suggestions i would like to hear them.
