Default Idle hunts then stalls (details and codes inside)

Ok so I got my car running and wanted to idle it to burp the coolant system etc.

My DP isnt done so the 02 sensor was just hanging there and I had the rad cap off.

It started fine but the idle was hunting about 100rpm at 1500-1600. After about a minute and a half it just died. I pulled codes 10 (IAT), 14 (IAC), 41 (primary oxygen sensor heater).

The oxygen sensor one I can understand. Could the other two be cause by bubbles in the coolant system? And could this explain suddenly stalling and not wanting to start again?

It got to the point that the temp needle was up a bit but not full operating temp. Im assuming that at this point the thermostat should be closed. Could this mean then that there would still be bubbles around the sensors?

Any insight is greatly appreciated. This is the last thing I need to figure out before I ship my car off for tuning.

My engines RPM hunted up and down from 600ish to 1000 from time to time when i had bubbles in my coolant.

It never just shut off and died though.

Bump.

Ok so I switched the connectors around and that took care of the hunting idle.

I check my IAC and found that this one was toast and replaced it with a known good one but I am still getting code 10 and 14.

Tried again and this time the car idled as it normally would but got to operating temp and shut down. I have no idea what is going on...please help!

Codes gone. Cleaned the IACV, replaced IAT. Still stalling out when warm.

maybe its not getting enough fuel once it warms up? it dumps a lot of fuel at startup/warm up and gradually reduces it as it warms up.
