Its a 93 prelude with an H23. Like a month ago it started fine, and i noticed that it was taking longer for the car to start up during any time of the day. Then i didnt drive the car for a month and when i go start the car it starts up fine but then shuts down very quick. Now when i try to start it, it cranks but doesnt start. Changed the spark plugs and batter....what could be the problem?

 

not knowing mileage, what else has been done hard to say. I would say fuel filter, fuel pump, injectors, fuel pressure regulator. Heck, just run some injector cleaner through your next tank of gas and see what happens.

if the car doesn't start then how is he gonna run injector cleaner through the system???
good idea but doesn't sound like he can do that

 

check the ecu ..... try plugging up another p14 ecu up and see if it will start up , i had a similar problem you had .... swapped ecus and my car ran fine ....
