I would go for the b20 with the ys1 transmission.
Oh and btw the ys1 tranmission will not bolt to the DOHC ZC....a rule of thumb is dseries parts work on d series and b series parts work on b series. The DOHC ZC is a d series engine while the ys1 transmission compatible with b series engines and not d series engines. Of course there are exceptions to this rule but they are few and far between.

Your name is B16 EF. Do you really have a B16? Then I'd get the B20 and make a CRVTEC. Good torque numbers on those with some minor internal work, like higher comp pistons.
